Founded in 1986, H.R.Malani & Associates is a multidisciplinary firm, involved in rigorous design practice and research that yields innovative,iconic buildings and urban environment.
With the founders Ar.Hemant Ram Malani & Ar.Neha Malani Tapadia as Father – Daughter Duo on the Lead Drawing Board. Heading the Team of 10+ Architects who remain committed to design projects nationwide of varied scales & taking up projects of Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Hospitality, Health Care and Institutional interests.
Their experience, knowledge and understanding of the principles and elements of design is always evident in every project in a unique and individual way which perfectly caters to the clients aspirations, balancing the site in sync with the environmental setting and making an affirmative, lasting impact on individuals and communities alike. Our final design solutions are functional, innovative, sustainable, aesthetically appending spaces – to live, work & enjoy.
Father-Daughter Duo
Ar. Hemant Malani
Architect and Director of H. R. Malani & Associates. with 38 years of experience in Architectural Practice.
He has graduated with Bachelors Degree in Architecture, a Gold Medalist for topping the University from VISVESVARAYA REGIONAL COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING (NOW - VNIT), Nagpur in 1982. Later, he completed his Masters in Building Engineering and Management (M-BEM) from School of Planning and Architecture (IIA Affiliated), NewDelhi in 1984. He founded his own Design Studio in Nagpur in the year 1986 after his training from Pheroze Kudianawala Consultants Engineers Pvt. Ltd., at Mumbai and Rathi Associates, Bangalore for two years. Although he is intensively involved in Architectural practice now assists his daughter in the studio, has a passion for Wild Life Photography in the Jungles of Central India.
Ar. Neha Malani Tapadia
Designer & Managing Director of H.R.Malani & Associates. with 11+ years’ experience in Architectural & Interior Designing Practice.
As a fourteen-year-old, Neha first accompanied her father on his architectural assignments. Little did she know then, it was just the firsts of many architectural visits. Inspired by her father’s creativity & elegance, Neha completed her graduation from Priyadarshini College of Architecture,Nagpur in 2012 and did her training with World famous Architectural Firm RSP Architects, Planners &Engineers (PTE) Ltd., Singapore for a year. And now she continues to design functional spaces combining creativity, modernity with unique and new age trends, "LESS IS MORE", is her style and language in all her design solutions.
